Good for you for exploring what this is all about! The more info the better, for sure.

I would suggest that you choose a surgeon and program with the results that match your weight loss and maintenance expectations. For example, some aim for 60-70% excess weight loss, while others (but not as many) aim for 90-100%. Good long term aftercare is something you may also want to seek out.

Thanks everyone! I'm very nervous and excited at the same time. I have a two year old so that makes me worry even more.
