I went to the movies with my daughter (27) the other day. We sat down and I said, did they get new seats in here? She said I don't think so... I said these seats are different, I think they are bigger than the old ones. OH, THEY ARE BIGGER, LO! I am 100 pounds smaller, of course they seem bigger! She just shook her head and laughed at me.

I had the same thing happen to me a couple of months ago! I can totally relate! But wow, it feels amazing doesn't it?!!!

Congrats on doing so well! It really is the NSVs that make this journey so incredible.

It's amazing how much more comfortable those seats are when our seats are smaller !!!! Lmao!!! Congratulations on being 100 lbs smaller also!!! :-)

LOL, awesome. I notice this every time I go to a theater. :D I'm looking forward to going to the Kennedy Center in the winter because those seats were always too tight in the past!

This is one of the best things ever! Congrats! I can't wait until I get on an amusement park ride again -- those always freaked me out that I wouldn't fit.

Last weekend, my mom put me in one of the chairs at the dinning room w/ the arms. I used to always avoid those chair b/c my bum was too big. Love not having to worry about that anymore :)

the movie theater in our town is quite new. and they do build them with bigger seats now. great. just when i don't need them they make them bigger. oh well, ain't it great to be able to sit in any old theater seat!!! diane
