1 week post-op
Today is one week post op. I've lost 6 pounds this week...yippie!! So far, so good. I see the doc and NUT tomorrow for my first follow-up. Puree hasn't been too bad, but I'm looking forward to soft-foods. Pain hasn't been too bad, either. I don't feel as awful as I thought I would. I do realize I should be walking more, so I'm going to work on that. I've been good with sipping.

Congrats! It sounds like you're doing really well :) When I started walking I just added 5 minutes each day until I could walk for an hour. Slow and steady wins the race!

Congratulations your doing very well !!! Take it nice and slow don't push yourself to much!!! I find it much easier to walk outside then on the tread mill ...it's so boring inside lol .... or maybe go to a mall and walk around !!! Look at all the things you wanna get once you have lost all the weight !! :-D
