Falling off the wagon

Well, I think I fell off the wagon at 7 months out. Poor food choices, not terrible choices but not great ones. I have been at a stall for several weeks, so now I need to get back on track. Did anyone else feel like they fell off the wagon and at what month out?

I will have to say that I am glad I got the surgery because I have the 'tool' to get back. I know I need to exercise, it's been hard because of patella dislocation in my knees. I know the pounds will start to drop off after that. I am 8lbs away from my doctors goal which they didn't expect me to reach for the next 10 months!

Thanks for reading

Watch one video by each of these authors (two options are given for each) and free yourself of "falling off the wagon" forever.

The outcome of this will lead you away from "diets" and "restrictive" processes, and toward picking a lifestyle without hunger but solid weight balance.

It's really simple, it comes down to hormones, understanding them, and using those skills to rebalance your food choices.
