The Most Precious NSV I will ever recieve!!
Got a call Sunday before last that my mom had taken ill and in ICU-too come home quick so husband drove me straight thru from Texas to Illinois-18 hour drive-we got there on Monday morning. With the surgery and gall bladder surgery and blood clots I wasn't able to go back home for 10 months or better and had planned on going next month but had to go sooner. MY MOM had been calling and checking on how I was doing every week and couldn't wait to see me on what I had accomplished. I walked into the hospital room on Monday morning and she smile so big thru her B-pap and motioned for me to back up so she could see me. Then she whispered to me that I was beautiful!! Tuesday I lost my beautiful mother and will always cherish her words!!!
I am so sorry for your loss. I know your heart is breaking. I'm glad you made it in time to see her and got to hear how proud of you she was. Hearing her last words to you is certainly a special gift to cherish always.

I am so sorry for your loss, losing a parent is really hard, both of mine are gone. Glad you made it to see her, and you are d=so right, there won't ever be a better NSV for you. There will be good ones, even after time passes and your weight is stable. But those words and that moment will outweigh them all.
