the dreaded stall
WELL, everything has gone so well and the lbs have been leaving my body at a fast rate, until this week.
I think Ive hit my 1st stall. I seem to be bouncing back and forth within 4 or 5 lbs every couple of days.
BUT, I notice my clothes fitting better, even getting into things I haven't worn in years.
No worries, just temporary setback.
Still feeling amazingly good.
Even if you're prepared for them, stalls still suck! I stalled for about two weeks around 202-201 and was so anxious to hit the fabled 199.
But, I'm there now, so clearly the stall passed. And I'm sure I'll be just as frustrated at the next stall!
