Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday

Today is a pretty lazy day for me.  Once I got passed my 3 mile run this morning.  Otherwise, totally lazy.  Which is good since the rest of my week will be pretty hectic!  Tomorrow I'll be getting ready for my Christmas vacation and my family is heading up to spend the rest of the week with my parents on Tuesday morning.  

I'll be seeing my brother for the first time since last year - and I've lost 120 pounds since then.  I wonder what he'll say, if anything at all!  (I wouldn't be surprised if he said nothing.)  And while I was running this morning I had this thought - If my 7.5 year old nephew asks me why I drink a protein shake instead of eating normal breakfast, it's okay for me to tell him I'm a cyborg and that the nutrient rich supplement keeps my implants functioning properly. Right? :D

1: frankenshake

3: chicken wraps, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: 1:11:08 5k training for a total of 3.45 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

L: Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Broth from Wonton Soup (Shrimp is the only food I have had post op yet and it was fine)
