One month update!

I'm a month post op and am loving my sleeve! I stayed one night in the hospital and have had zero complications. Soft food diet started Friday (thought that would never happen!) I'm down 50lbs and two pant sizes. I suffer from migraines and have not had one since I stopped drinking soda and eating carbs and sugar. I've already had many NSVs and several comments from people at work. I'm still amazed by the amount of food that makes me feel full - I have also not felt hunger since surgery. The surgery itself was much easier than I was expecting. Thank you all for preparing me - this board has been extremely helpful.

I am so happy for you and this post. It is go good to read a positive update! My surgery is 1 week from tomorrow and I can't wait to be on the losing side. Our weights are similar so I am very encouraged! Keep up the good work and the positive posts!
