people with ample bosom, what happens after massive weightloss?

I don't know what would happen after massive weight loss, my sister lost a lot of weight once when she was young and had a sagging problem for a bit but my friend however didn't, both being girls with ample bosom and me being another was just wonder if the body reacts differently to each or should there be some measures taken?

When the fat is lost from the breasts they will sag.  This is noticeable with any size.  I started at 38D and got down to 34B.  After about a year I ended up at 36C and most of the sagging improved.  Plastic surgery may be in your future.  The only thing I would advise is getting new bras frequently as your size changes.

There are exercises that will build muscle in the chest and make you look better.

I went from huge to deflated. But since there is so much tissue, I basically roll them up into bras. :)

I cannot stress the importance of a good bra. I think I replaced mine every few months during the weight loss phase as the band size was shrinking but the cup stayed the same (or increased to the deflation).

My boobs disappeared!  They still looked ok in a bra, but without a bra I had empty skin pouches.

I got implants and now have gained about 15 lbs and they are just about where they used to be -- but fake.

I honestly went from about a 38DD to a 34D. I didn't have much difference in sagging, they were already sagging from the size but I felt way more comfortable in shirts going from the DD to the D.

Sag, that's what happens. I went from a J cup to an F. I've lost upper-pole fullness and they are no****ching me put on my makeup anymore.

It's a damn sight easier to find a bra as a F than as a J. Now my boobs and gut don't get in a room before I do.

Every body is different as far as loose skin, weight distribution, etc. That said, I hear a LOT of complaints about "tube socks."
