Hi Everyone,

Good morning. Happy Saturday.  My grandkids are coming for a sleep-over, so I'm happy.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch -  crustless mushroom quiche

dinner - phily cheese steak sloppy joes

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise -walking

My Saturday went like this:

B: Pure Protein Dark Chocolate Coconut Protein Bar

L: Greek Yogurt with Bare Naked Granola

D: Grilled Pork Loin with Beans

S: Deli Meat and Cheese

V: Got them all in

W: Got it in!

E: Ended day at 3.6 miles... Well under what I wanted.
