I've lost 12.5 lbs in 24 days. How awesome is that. I had given up so many times since having the surgery which got me to 222 lbs. Now I'm down to 210.2 and still losing. It doesn't feel real. ALmost 4 yrs out and I'm finally losing and doing it right. I'm so excited. I know I keep posting the same stuff but I can't get over the fact that it's really working. I would have never believed this far out I could actually lose the weight but here I am on my way. How awesome is that?

I'm down another half pound. SO 13lbs so far in 3 and half weeks. How incredible. I can't wait to be in wonderland. Who would have thought three weeks ago that I would only be 209? I'm so stinking excited. I can't believe it. I'm getting about 800 calories a day and 40 carbs Not to shabby. I'm getting between 60-100 grams of protein. I'm actively working on my water intake. I know that if I could get that up more I would lose faster but I really struggle with it. I hope that by new years I'm closer to 199. Oh wonderland you are so close yet so far away. I have my goal set at 125 but I have a friend who is shorter than me and weighs 120 and is way too skinney. she's real tiny and I don't think I would look good that small so I'm thinking 135-145. So I have about 70 lbs to lose. That's alot closer than i thought.

YES!! You can do it!!!  I had stalled for a good 10 months, but I'm determined now to lose that last 20 pounds. You're an inspiration - thank you!!

I've been fat, and I've been thin - and thin is better.
