I am completely unprepared for today.  I'm checking out a meeting of secular humanists in my area midday (I had no idea that the very religious area where I live had such a thing, so this is very exciting) and then I've got a voice recital.  I feel extremely unprepared for this!  If my voice cooperates, I think my performance will be okay, but in "planning" my outfit I didn't think about the whole legs/shoe thing at all.  And I don't know about the rest of you, but it's not like I've got a ton of options because I tend to only buy these things on "as needed" basis since I'm losing weight.  So.. here's hoping I can make it work!

1: protein shake
2: protein bar (since I'll be out and nervous and this is easy and convenient and won't upset my stomach)
3: out after recital (which reminds me that I need to find a restaurant!)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: rest day

How about you?

Happy Sunday.

I'm cooking today - salmon, Dijon lime chicken, pizza casserole, buffalo chicken, and a ham and green bean casserole.  I' won't get them all done today, so I'll be cooking tomorrow as well. but then I'll be set for the week. yum.  I love the recipes Ive discovered to fit my diet.

breakfast - salmon

lunch - finish off the egg roll stuffing dish - yum.

dinner - either the chicken with apricots or the Dijon lime chicken, depending on my mood.

I hope you are all well and happy.

Last Saturday, someone stole a new pair of $350 dollar boots off my doorstep.  Last night I found them on Let go.  I called the cops and am working on a sting.  I'm so torqued.  I'm negotiating with her under my mums name.  She posted a portion of the invoice in the add... So my gut is a mess.

Just started with coffee.  Will add white chocolate protein in a bit.

B: L&F yogurt

well so much for that.  She allegedly sold the boots, or gutted me out.  At least I got her info, filed a police report and reported her to letgo.  Maybe something will come of it.  At least I got my money back from FedEx & the vendor.

D: TJ's Roasted Butternut Squash, Red Quinoa, and Wheatberry Salad and 50g oven roasted turkey breast
