What do you think about it? 0 carbs and just 5 calories.

I personally love it. I used to drink the original one daily before the surgery . Now i started drinking the sugarfree version and I am loving it.

what do you think about it?

If it's carbonated that's probably a bigger issue for some. Some people also get GERD from caffeine, allegedly, though I don't.

I had a few Monster Zero drinks but since my med changes to Vyvanse my caffeine consumption drastically scaled back without me even realizing it.  If you enjoy it and it doesn't cause issues, that is up to you.  I would still focus on water or similar stuff for hydration, though, since you can't drink that much red bull safely due to the caffeine content.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I dont have GERD and it doesn't doo me anything. Caffeine doesn't affect me too. However If I know that redbull may cause GERD in the future I have to stop it right away.

I still drink enough water and I consider it mostly a reward for my awesome progress. (190 lb on 8 months)

Maybe its just a sign of returning to the bad habit, but even in this scenario I feel ok because I am not harming myself with carbs.

Just keep an eye on your cravings. The sf stuff can cause cravings and derail in that regard.

Just make sure you're getting enough calcium.  Caffeine consumption has been linked to poor bone density outcomes.
