Back from Chattanooga, cool city, great vibe. Tons of walking. So relieved I made a dr. appt. for tomorrow before I left .... pretty sure, strep throat. Didn't deter me from having a great time.  

B:  Premier Protein Caramel 

L:  Chike/8 oz. Fairlife Milk

D:  Daisy low fat cottage cheese, unsweetened pears, Oiko's Zero mixed berry

Not very hungry. OTC meds not helping taste buds.

 Vites/liquids on track. Lying low.  Snuggling with my fur baby.  Missed him.

Happy Sunday!  My hip flexors are super sore from yesterday, but I feel great.  :D 

1: protein shake (yay!!, back to normal eating)
2: some cheeses at a party
3: ham and swiss
4: teriyaki salmon maybe?

exercise: yoga later
