Today was my first NSV

I fit into the most beautiful dress and leggings that I haven't been able to wear in such a long time. Not only did I fit into it but it is loose and doesn't tighten up when I sit down! :) I cannot see a difference in my body yet but I sure can feel it in my clothes. YAY! Happy Day!

NSV means non scale victory. A victory not related to the numbers on the scale.
