Hi.  I haven't posted before but I have a surgery date.  Now I am getting a little worried and wondering if anyone has any regrets.  Would you do it all over again?

I have had 2 strictures and had to have some scar tissue removed but I still don't regret it one bit. I'm about 6 pounds to hit my new goal. Just realize that there can be complications but most people do not have them. Honestly this is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Don't worry too much. I know it's hard.

Surgeon: Dr. Heydari. Lap-Band to RNY bypass. Surgery June 23, 2015.

I regret not doing it sooner, my experience was wonderful and I had no pain or setbacks, I wish everyone's experience could be like this.

RNY on 12/04/15

I have no regrets having my RNY, other than I wish I could have done it sooner.  Would I do it again?  You bet your sweet bippy I would!

I would do it all over again if I could! I had gastric in 08 and have had a big regain. The regain was all my fault by making poor choices and not paying attention to my body. I'm now looking for a surgeon or someone in my area to help me get back on track. I loved it when I first had my RNY!! You'll love it too! Just make sure you do exactly what you're told and continue with your support groups and surgeon to stay on the right path.
Time is of the essence....let's make the best of it!!

My only regret, like many others, is not doing it sooner!!!  Follow your surgeons plan and your NUT and you will do great!!
