In  the mornings I start with water and my protein shake then I take my meds and juice plus vegetable and juice  tablets.  I also sip water.   My  surgery was  1/29/2014 I  lost  35 pounds then  on  February valentine I had to fly down to bury my mom and that's  when things got out of  control and also I have less than  4 weeks to move so I joined the gym I walk at least 10blocks a day. I'm  going to start  a diary reading your words made a difference. Also I had a problem of  catfish  After I move there is  going  to be  a change.  Thank  you  for  sharing   and answering my letter!  Thank  you that smoked Salmon I need to  start back  with.  My  weight original was 250 pounds  I weigh  213 pounds  I don't jump on the scale everyday I would go nuts   lol   Again  thank you

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother and your cousin. It seems like you're going through a really, RIDICULOUSLY tough time right now. I know I still get the impulse to stress eat, and I imagine you're dealing with that too right now. I don't really have much in the way of advice other than make time for yourself and be kind to yourself. You've had this surgery to give yourself a chance to be healthy. Stick with it.

I hope things get better soon!
