Well, I am finally seeing a 2 at the front of my weight today.  It's been close to a decade since I could say I was under 300lbs.  Still feel so far from goal but I can honestly say, it's working.  Pretty decent way to start of a Monday I would say.

Congrats!  I accomplished that recently and it feels great.  It will be awhile to sub 200.

Looks like we were pretty close to same starting weight and ending goal.  You're kicking some butt so far.  Well done.  Also, love that your marker is a football.  GO DUCKS!!

Thanks.  My weight loss slowed inJune.  I started weights and walking on July and am down 15 lbs in 3 weeks.

I was at 366 in Jan so we are closer than you think.

Have you run out of clothes that dont fit like clown clothes?

Hi Amber!

It's Robin. You are doing so well. 60 pounds already that is awesome. I need some help. I'm pre surgery and can't seem to get my head right. Can't loose any weight. Did you loose weight pre surgery? How did you do it? Thanks ahead for the help.  You're friend.

That's awesome!  I know that goal seems far away but focus on the good stuff.  Based on your ticker, you've lost at least 67lbs in 4 months.  That's fantastic!!  When have you ever done that before??

Not gonna lie, I am used to going the other way.  I think my body got too used to college cause I seemed to gain the freshman 15 every year since I was 18.  I have had my moments where I sort of regretted getting the sleeve but deep down, I know how awesome things are going and I am so thankful for this tool.  It's so weird not being able to turn to food for comfort.  This past Friday I found out that I didn't get a job that I was a finalist for and I really, really wanted to drown my sorrow in spaghetti or pizza or something.  But, I stayed true to my goals and I was rewarded by seeing 297 on the scale today.  So hard but so awesome :)
