WOW!!! Time flew!! Day of surgery 228 today 160. I'm not where I thought I'd be, but I'm not where I was 😊👍
im learning to go from moment to moment (meal to meal lol). And to know this is my life. I will be a work in progress until God calls me home. ❤️ For me food is my "drug" of choice. And since I can't live without it I'm learning to live with it.
Im beyond grateful and happy to have been sleeved💚
much love, Janeen.

It really is a journey with no end, Janeen! And I'm still coming to grips with that myself. Congratulations on your weight loss success and for sticking with it. I also identify as a food "addict" and know that when I eat certain things it's going to set off a bad reaction. It doesn't mean that I haven't toyed with those foods but I'm becoming much more willing to let them go.
Keep up the great work!
