6 weeks out

Just wanted to do a quick update as I am 6 weeks post op today. I am down 55 lbs since surgery and feeling awesome. I follow my eating plan to the t and walk/jog 45 mins a day 4-6 days a week. I shoot for 100oz of water a day, but rarely get that much. I need to add some strength training but I am totally lost when it comes to that.

 SW-349.6 (7/15/14)  CW-214.1 (12/29/14) Total Lost - 135.5

I got a video that is great.... Chris Powell from the biggest looser bootcamp! It starts off with lower levels and moves up! I have done just the warm up and the level one and I am sore afterwards... I do it 3-5 times a week... I figure I will move up a level each month... It was like ten dollars at walmart!  Congrats

You might consider talking with a personal trainer to get started with weight training so that you can make sure your form is solid and you're not inadvertently injuring yourself.

Training injury scares me more than anything else right now, since I know not being able to exercise would be a huge setback for me mentally.  I only do yoga at home since I've had classes and feel confident that I know what I'm doing!
