Whatcha Eating Today VSGers? -- Sunday

Today I ran for an entire mile!  Not very fast, but I was definitely running the whole mile.  I'm super proud of myself!  

1: frankenshake
2: pastrami and swiss on rye
3: chili, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track and going to stay that way. I feel like I've been slacking a bit with liquids.
exercise: 46:57 5k training for a total of 2.2 miles, 30 minutes yoga (intermediate stretches for runners)

woohoo for crack slaw!  was it as good at you thought? I've seen many people say it tastes like eggroll innards but I haven't make it yet. What type of slaw mix did you use? I've seen so many different variations of the recipe,  I'm not sure which mix works best.

I cut up cabbage when I make it.  Super easy and a lot cheaper!

This is one of those days I don't want to post -- not successful, but managed to rein myself in.  My granddaughter was here, and I was just "off kilter" today.   Happy to have my granddaughter here, but was still depressed. She's gone home now - but likely will be back next week.  I've got everything I need to eat right, so I have no excuses.
