Have any of you tried the AeroPilates Reformer machine offered from QVC?  I am wondering if you like it and if you have stuck with it?  I am 6 weeks out and not sure when I would be able to use it. I am female, 235 lbs. and 54 years old.  Do you think this is something easy for me to try?  Thank you.  (I just want to try something easy that I will stick to.)

I haven't tried this machine specifically but it looks incredibly similar to a machine that I use regularly in physical therapy. I'm 6 weeks out and using that machine in PT; it is just adjusted for an "easier" exercise setting. Before I bought a machine for my home I would find some pilates classes and see if it is an exercise that you enjoy and think you would stick with. That may give you a better sense of if this is a good purchase for you or not.

My personal favorites are walking and yoga although I am looking forward to trying some new things and seeing if I can expand my horizons.

Thank you!  It looks low impact, which is what I like about it.

I haven't used it, but if you'll enjoy it I'm sure it'd be fine. :)  I do mat pilates and that's pretty great.
