Bra fittings
I highly recommend. My body looks pretty amazing today and it all starts w/ the bra I bought yesterday. Since hitting goal I've been struggling to find a well-fitting bra. I started in a 44 DD. I'm half the person I was so obviously the band has changed but I'm also pretty saggy in the breast area. So, I broke down and went for a fitting. I've been wearing a 36 A or B and so imagine my surprise when I found out that I should be wearing a 32D. Not only does it feel amazing and secure....it makes me look like I had a breast lift.
Ladies - get a fitting!!! You will be so happy you did.
Great advice! I never had a fitting, but found a style that fit me like a glove. Not only was I always at least a D cup (probably more of a DD before losing weight), but I started wearing a bra at 8 1/2, so I was already going south! LOL I had surgery at 56, so was post-menopause, as well. I am now quite deflated, but in this bra I look perkier than I have since I was a teen. A good bra can make all the difference!
I got a proper fitting some months ago and it was a SUPER experience. Something like 80% of women are wearing ill-fitting bras.
The bras I got are just now getting to the point where I can't adjust them any more, but I get 10% off during March so I'm waiting for that!

I am really struggling with this. I have two really large fat deposits under my arms, above my band line. "Side boob" doesn't even begin to describe it. I keep hoping they'll go away but they are really persistent. At Lane Bryant, the sales associate basically suggested smooshing them forward into the cups, making me like a 38 DDDDDDD.
I've resorted to Glamorise sports bras while I'm losing, which are comfortable at least, but I can't wear a scoop neck or they peek out!

The new style of "longline" bras is awesome! I too have the side under arm extra skin and struggled with it, but I recently bought one and it has about a 6 inch side panels and it supports under the boobs. Amazon had some for under 20 bucks but I have not received mine yet.
I got another one that is amazing from true co but it was very expensive I think over 70 but honestly I would pay whatever!!! I no longer have the back hanging stuff going on!

Not if you get the right fit, I am between size 36 and 34 so I get the 34 and it stays in place well. Remember they will wear in and get loose.
