I woke up feeling like death warmed over this morning.  My whole body ached.  My shoulders and hips especially.  So I reset my alarm to skip pilates and go to yoga and relaxation.  I woke up with enough time to get to yoga, but my stomach had other ideas.  So I ended up just staying home.  It's a "listen to my body" day.  I'll do some yoga or go for a walk later. 

It will be a productive day for college, though, so yay! 

1: frankenshake
2: leftovers that I find in the fridge or tofu!  Maybe tofu.  I love tofu.  Tofu tofu tofu. 
3: chicken and dumplings - I'll only have half a dumpling, though.

exercise: probably yoga

B: low fat cottage cheese

S: 1/2 apple

L: left over pulled pork and carrots

S: beef jerky

DD: Tilapia and salad

Vitamins: on track

Water: getting there

Bagged 10 bags of leafs this afternoon/evening! I was going to count that for my exercise, but I still have lots of energy so treadmill it is later!

B: cheese and egg and 1/2 high protein english muffin

S: skinny pop

L: shrimp

s: cranberry rolled goat cheese

D: buffalo turkey meatball and spinach salad with blue cheese

E - Treadmill and I'll count 2 hours of outside chores

W & V - done

Like Gwen, I woke up this morning not wanting to exercise, and actually climbed back in bed after I got up to go potty at 7:30. Couldn't stay in bed, feeling too guilty so I got up and walked with my hubby. Now, I'm happy that I did, but boy was I fighting it for a while.

B: Hickory Farms grilled chicken bites

S: Light and Fit Strawberry cheesecake yogurt

L: Egg, with cheese, cottage cheese and sliced tomatoes

S: light string cheese

D: probably carnitas

W: on track, excellent

V: excellent

E: walked 5 miles from local trail to the Nixon Library, and back.  Discovered the last few days that my FitBit is not functioning properly, because I dropped it in water a week ago, and think I screwed it up.  I can't live without my FitBit, so ordered a new one today and hope to get it before I go on vacation on Sunday.

Today has been so off (time wise) with eating

Dinner:taco bake
