Well I got on the scale today and I have reached 60 pound mark, I currently weigh 218 pounds, I cant wait to be under 200. Thats my new goal.

HW: 278 SW: 268 (VSG 8/13/2015) CW: 203

We have almost the same starting weights. It's a great feeling when you can feel yourself zeroing in on one-derland. Let us know when you get there.

Awesome! Looks like you will be weighing one hundred and something next year! Yay you!!! I just reached my 200 and am very happy to be saying the same thing. It has been years since I was less than 200 . I have lost 60 and have 70 more to go. We got to get through Christmas dinners and then it should get a little easier. I hope! Yay you!!! Keep up the good work!
