Hi Everyone,

I hope you all had good weekends.  I went out for Chinese brunch yesterday, and ordered off the menu to avoid the carbs.  But the beef dish I got was really sweet - yummy but not so good for the diet!  Oh well.  So we are back on plan today.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken in spicy peanut sauce

Lunch2/snack -maybe meatballs

Dinner - pulled pork and mashed cauliflower

vitamins- on track

water - good

exercise - walking

How about you?  What cha eating today?

B: greek yogurt with strawberries and TVP (textured vegetable protein- like grape nuts, but all protein and low carb)

S: coconut  protein water (cocotein, 100 cals, 20g protein, tastes good!)

L: rump roast, potatoes/gravy, and a yet to be determined veggie

S: something protein

D: more rump roast as the protein, veggie sides

S: more protein

I have been totally slacking on my protein for over a week, and it is not helping the healing process so todays goal is to get up over 100g. Forgot vitamins until I saw this post, so about to go take them. Water is never an issue for me, as I drink like a fish.

Had to swap out lunch, as I don't think I can stomach beef at the moment. So, miso based soup with a little bok choy, asparagus, and shrimp with kale salad.

Day 14/Final Day of Pre-Op

Shake, Shake, Shake, Healthy Choice Pesto Chicken and Veg and Shake!

Nothing after midnight and I'm checking in to be sleeved at 8:45.  I decided to work tonight even though I won't get off until 1 AM, but I feel the distraction is probably a good thing.

Going to head out for a walk, hoping to beat the rain.  It's very overcast today after a gorgeous weekend.

Have a great day!
