I couldn't vomiting. It was the absolute worst. I don't want to jinx myself, but I think I finally turned the corner .

ive been vomit free since about 3pm. They also gave me an amazing acid blocker- miracle drugs I tell ya.

Ice chips are all I can handle, maybe 5-6 at a time before I anger the beast.

I'm still hopeful...

So sorry you're sick, hope you get better soon.

Hang in there. It sucks astoundingly bad, but listen to your baby tummy and don't push too much. Make sure to report any symptoms to your nurses, get stuff on the record so they can take the best care of you.

They shouldn't release you back into the wild until you have a prayer of getting in at east 40oz of fluids per day.. But it does get easier, especially with magical acid reducers--a belly full of bile has no room for anything else!

Hope you turn the corner soon!

High Weight 376, about a year before program. I gave up diet pop(and all pop), dropped 30 pounds without trying, and kept it off. Now convinced Carbonated Beverages. Are. Evil.

Hang in there.  I was in the hospital for 5 days.  All I could tolerate was a few licks of a sugar free popsicle here and there.  I told them to stop bringing me broths because the smell made me so sick.  Stay hopeful, every day gets a little bit easier than the last.
