1: protein shake
2: I actually have no idea what's in the fridge... maybe a tuna pouch is the way to go today.  -- Apparently a tofu packet was the way to go!  I buy the baked/seasoned tofu packets that have 4 pieces and 2 pieces is a perfect lunch.  So tasty.  
3: top round roast with veggie gravy, rice for the guys

liquid and vites: on track!
exercise: finally, fitness classes again.  Pilates class followed by yoga class.  My core and hips will hate me tomorrow, but I have earned their hatred and will relish in it.

Hi All,

I'm getting back on track after a vacation in New Hampshire. I'm up a few pounds, so I need to get serious again.

 I cooked a chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes dish, Dijon lime chicken, pizza casserole and buffalo chicken spaghetti squash.  Plus my usual salmon.  This should keep me on track for a while.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - buffalo chicken spaghetti squash

dinner - pizza casserole (yum.  This is so good - probably not low calorie, but low carb...)

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - not so good

Exercise - 90 Minutes at the gym - 45 cardio and 45 weights.
