Happy weekend!  Aside from feeling like I can never get enough sleep, life is going well for me.  I REALLY like my Anatomy/Physiology prof this term.  She's amazing and explains things so well!  

1: protein shake
2: I don't know... the fridge is super bare right now. (I opted for refried beans and cheese.)
3: smoked brisket, bbq sauce, elote dish

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga for back pain

B - Omelet with 1 egg, 1 slice turkey bacon, 1 T cheddar, 1 T salsa and 2 strawberries 

S - protein shake

L - leftover chicken in salad with vinegarette

S - jerky and string cheese

D - having a neighborhood party this evening. Probably 1/2 hamburger and a healthy side someone brings.

W - on track

V - AM taken - PM still needed

E - walked for an hour this morning and will get over 10,000 steps today

D hamburger with a slimwich and mixed veggies

S greek yogurt, turkey sausage snack sticks, and apple

W & V on track

E usually a rest day but i think Ill rearrange my bedroom, moving furniture.

Life's going pretty well for me, too. Mr. psychoticparrot is doing well on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and his symptoms are starting to abate. A year and a half is a long time to suffer through ulcerative colitis. And on that savory thought:

  1. Coffee w/cashew milk
  2. Chicken w/dab of Sweet Baby Ray's, corn
  3. Scrambled eggs w/red bell pepper and garlic
  4. Snacks: Apple, 1/2 ounce walnuts

W&V: On track

E: None, nada, zip. My Achilles' heel. Sigh.

Liquids: 64+ oz fruit infused water

Vit multi patch, B12, Calcium citrate chews x 2, Biotin
