Wow, its been 2 yrs since the sleeve. It is everything they told me it would be and more.

I cant believe how much my life has changed. Unbelievable? Not really. If one works as hard I did.

Never was easy, lots of work. Well worth the EFFORT.

I bottomed out at 218, turned on the weight training again, put 12 lbs of muscle on and holding fast at 230.

Total weightloss 260 lbs. 222 since surgery.

I think this is where my body wants to be.

Eating right is now automati****asionally slipping in a treat but not often. Still counting protien, reading labels, limiting carbs (somewhat)

no soda pop, no beer, bubbles still dont work for me. (good thing) Currently bingeing on iced tea, lightly sweetened. (bad thing)

I need to drink more water for sure. Had a kidney stone a couple a months ago. Not very pleasant but coulda been worse I guess.

Nothing to do with the surgery, I have had em several times over the years, not drinkin enough water will do that.

All in all, Would I do It Again? as Sara Palin would say...YOU BETCHA!

Good luck sleevers, hope your experience rocks like mine.

Rod

I love my sleeve!
