Pre-op Diet Cravings

I'm three days into my pre-op diet and I had such a craving for a McD's cheeseburger and fries! I resisted, but it was tough!

KFC sounds really good, too!! It should get better as time goes on, I think...

Find something else to do besides focus on food. It'll be good practice for the rest of your life.

Hang in there, I am on day 7 and I only cracked once with a Butterfinger. Other than that I have been able to weather the storm. My coffee detox almost killed me the first week. I imagine that's how a heroine detox feels. lol. So excited about my surgery next week. Woohoo!
