Eggs are the devil!

I am going on 5 months post-op and of all things EGGS make me feel so bad after eating them.  It took me a while to figure out that they were the culprit.  I don't seem to have issues with any other foods, thankfully.  Pre-surgery, I loved eggs, I hope that in time this will subside but I am too scared to try them now.  Maybe after month 6 I will try again.

Eggs made me SO sick after surgery! I wasn't really able to handle them until the one-year mark. Not sure why, but I know I'm not the only one-- I know I've read of lots of people having trouble with them, especially early on.

Thanks for the reply.  It seems so strange that eggs would give me such a hard time!  I hope to be able to eat them in the future.

Had issues with eggs too, I think I was good after about 6 months.  Wait and try it again

I will because I love eggs. I don't want to have to give them up!

10 years out from my band and if my eggs are over cooked I will be soooo sick! I have lesrned to really enjoy scrammbled wet, poached and soft boiled. But I also use them to fill me up. If I slightly over boil they will make me uncomfortably full stopping me from mindless eating.  So dont give up! Hopefully between experimenting and time ypu will be able to eat them again.

Eggs were squirrelly for me for a while, but I could handle SF custard just fine (sub Truvia for sugar).  It was very easy to eat and I could bank that protein value.
