Today will be a very busy day for me.  I found out yesterday that all we need to do on Monday is submit our final paper, so that makes today the last day for my soul-sucking class.  Yay rah!  But then I need to come home and wait for the electrician to come to install a light fixture and, once he's finished, I'll get out and do my long run for the week because I have no idea when/if I'll be able to run this weekend due to the march and hosting some DC escapee friends.  My long run today involves "run until I die."  So we'll see how that goes.  I really need to get my mileage up - too many bad weather days on weekends recently.  :/

And after running I'll continue running around to get the house ready for company!  My longest best friends and their 3 year old will be staying with us for THREE DAYS.  I'm excited!  If a bit overwhelmed.

1: protein shake
2: no idea and I guess I need to make sure I eat when I get home instead of waiting until after I run as usual.  I'll have some variety of leftover.
3: spaghetti and meatballs, since every kid loves spaghetti and meatballs, right?  I'll stick to the meatballs.

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running until I die, yoga stretching

How about you on this day that is actually Thursday?  Unlike yesterday...

Good morning, sleevers!

B: COFFEE with 1/2 and 1/2 and around 2 eggs with cheese and sauteed veggies (I live across the street from a Harris Teeter which is a grocery store in NC.  It's a real fancy schmancy one here and they have a breakfast bar every morning.  You just grab a little to-go container and fill it with whatever you want and then you pay by the pound.  I LOVE IT! They have a whole healthy section with veggies and egg whites and turkey bacon/sausage. I try to limit myself once a week cus it's cheaper and better to make my breakfast at home but it's my little treat! And the amount I get usually only costs around 3 to 4 bucks. So yummy!)

L: Leftover marinated pork with edamame (This is yesterday's leftover lunch because our office bought us lunch yesterday from Qdoba. I had steak and chicken with a little cheese and pico. That was really good too!)

D: Shredded chicken taco meat with various toppings - cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, etc.

Snacks: Probably a KIND bar with coffee cus I have a run tonight

Exercise: Running and light weights

I got stuck on the part where you said you run.  On purpose.

Congratulations!   I started doing mud runs with my two teenage daughters after I lost the weight. Please note, I don't run and I don't like getting dirty. They are loads of fun and we do them twice yearly.

The only reason I can even fathom them is because you get to stop running every 50 yards or so to do an obstacle. Hot guys put their hands on your ass and push you over walls. It's great.
