Feeling discouraged today

Hi, today I am feeling a bit out of it.

Yesterday I had another bout with throwing up, ate very little all day again, not able to get very much in yet.  Some days I can barely get in 2 meals, I did well at lunch with the exact food I ate at lunch but lost it, never fun.  Still don't know why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.  I am also almost 14 weeks since my surgery and have lost 60 lbs., in the last 2 weeks I am in a stall, and what is weird too me about that, is that I have been eating less (not by choice), in the last 2 weeks, feeling a bit discouraged.
