Whoop Whoop! Way to go!

Getting upset! Haven't lost any weight for 1 month - I started at 310 at 6 months out i weighed 227, now it is 8 months out and I still weigh 227. I feel like crying. I did not go through all this to still weigh over 200 pounds.

6 Weeks Out - I walked 3 miles 2 days ago. My feet didn't hurt and I could of walked longer.
