Well 13 months after starting my wt loss journey and 6.5 months post VSG I am down 100#. Made it yesterday but wanted to see it 2 days in a row before I got all boastful 😉. I turned 50 two weeks ago and several people have asked me how it feels

we had a HS graduation party this past weekend, we spent hours making appetizers for the event (27# of cream cheese later), and I ate in extreme moderation, no problems with being over full 😀 I was very proud of myself. Oh and a scale victory I
