well i did it ! havent hardly taken any pain meds proably take some tonight just so i get a good nights sleep since im home . drinking plain water has been very hard weather its cold or room temperature or warm so the dr told me i could add some crys

what is the binder I keep hearing about after surgery its one you wear? My surgeon hasn't mention this
