One month out and only lost 8 pounds! I'm reading about 20 & 30 pounds loss in one month. I'm following Dr. Orders. And he said it was OK but I'm really disappointed.

What did you have today? I'm finding it hard to find something to have other than water, protein shakes and broth (it's so yucky)

I had my surgery last Thursday Nov. 5. A few hours after my surgery they had to move me in the hall because of tornado threat. All seems to be going well so far. The only problem I'm really having is diarrhea. Is this normal? Also my draining doesn't s

I'm in a state of shock! From everything I've been reading online it should have taken much longer! I thought I would have to lose weight before and be on a liquid diet for two weeks. I will be on a liquid diet for one week starting Thursday. Surge
