Have any of you had Bypass after a sleeve (for any reason?)

ive spoken to my surgeon and more recently my dentist this past Saturday.  both are stumped

  Since about 3 days post opp, my mouth has been  beyond dry.

So firstly, I've never in my life had refried beans. The only times ve seen them they look like slop. Lol. So now that I'm nearing the stage where everyone says they eat them, I need to know if anyone has any good options on how to make them, or if any

So I'm 2 weeks post opp. I've lost too much( 22 lbs in 14 days. It was 22 lbs in 11 days but I've been able to get more in) and met with the doctor.
