I am getting Bariatric Advantage vitamins through the mail.  Just started them this week and I have thrown up all that I have taken.  I am now taking them after eating food in the morning. Just threw them up again. I know I need them...help!

I did not so something right in the last few weeks prepping for surgery.  Maybe I needed more Colase, I dont know but I know that I have been suffering a pain and torture that I never want to feel again.  I had surgery on

I am pre-opping right now for surgery December 21st.  Can't wait to be on the losers bench.  I am not completely enjoying the new resticted menu, but have made scallops and chicken for my one meal a day that have been good.  I am not spacing out breakf

How did you decide which surgery was best for you? I think I want the VSG so I can lose slower. I have about 120lbs to lose and am already on supplements for Vit D and B12 so don't want to cause more issues with nutriti
