The last few days have been a blur. Lots of pain and medication. I am feeling tons better today especially since getting my drain out. I showered shortly after and I feel like a whole new woman! I am keeping fluids down really well. Definitely a slow

I can't remember the last time I was under 300 lbs. That is motivation in itself. I plan to walk more and continue eating well.
