• My surgery was Dec 7, 2016 and I have lost 33 pounds. I am feeling scared and discouraged. I have heard of others at 4 months post op who have lost double the weight that I have. Please offer qords of advice or encouragement.

I had my VSG on December 7th, what is the average weight loss. Someone told me I should be dropping about 15 pounds a month, is this true?

I was sleeved December 7, 2016 since then I have lost 9 pounds is this right or should I be losing more? What am I doing wrong? I barely have an appetite and I mainly eat protein shakes and baby food. Any suggestions or advice?
