Got a surgery date - Blue Cross denied the VSG for the second time.  Even with all the issues my doctor stated in favor of VSG.  They basically said it was the band again, or RNY.  I am paying the diff...

Surgery rescheduled - I had to reschedule my surgery due to a tumor in my foot that has to be removed first.  Am hoping for end of January now.  I have to wait 30 days past surgery to have another.
