This morning I woke up to the scale saying 199.8!! I am so excited to finally be below 200. It has been over 20 yrs that I have been over 200. I am 5'2" and just turned 59 on November 3. I really wanted this as a birthday present but I am okay with it

Good luck with two surgeries tomorrow!! It will be so nice to have a surgery pal with you everyday. My husband has been a saint and eats all that I eat and doesn't complain when there is no rice, potatoes etc. on his plate!! Support is a big deal. Best wishes to you both.

Have been reading the posts for weeks and since my surgery is Friday, June 3, I thought I would say HI. My husband and I are doing this together. Literally together. My surgery is at 11:20 and his is at 1:30. We are both looking forward to the new expe
