Days fly by

My first Journal post. I am such a bad girl for waiting this long to post anything. HW- 276, Pre - 268, Current - 219.

For the first time in 12 years I am truly happy with myself. I was scared and nervous about the surgery process and recovery but at the same time confident that it was the right decision for me.

I don't religiously step on the scale every morning anymore. I don't want to do that to myself because its not about how fast the weight comes off but that it IS coming off.

My only problem is my hair loss. As soon as I came back to the states I started taking Biotien. I was adament that i was not going to lose my hair like others did, and for several months it was all ok but

probably since September I started "shedding". More & more and now I have about 1/2 of what I did. Headed to the Doc tomarrow for my bloodwork. Trying to increase my protien & complex

carbohydrates. We'll see what they say.
