So for the past 2 days everytime i take my medication I automatically feel like the pill stays stuck in the back of my throat. he feeling will last for about 5 or 6 hours. It doesnt happen with food. Has anyone experienced this? Does

So i bought the FITBIT charge HR as a gift to myself for the new year. I am confused as to why at the begining of each day it says i have already burned X amount of calories? Do we burn calories while we sleep?

Doctor says I can have cereal and oatmeal. Ive looked around and all cereals and oatmeal are very high in carbs.  If you eat cereal or oatmeal what kind do you eat? 

I had my first follow up visit on Monday. I was a little disappointed because i have only lost 21 pounds since November 1st.  I want to set a  realistic goal for my next appointment which is  February 14, 2017. How do i go about that? 

I am considering buying Genepro Protein .  Who has bought it? Were you satisfied with it?  does it really have as much protein per spoonful as it says ?  Any input will be appreciated .

Has anyone ever heard of this illness after the sleeve surgery? CDIF comes from antibiotics that are put into your stomach after surgery .  my friend who had the bypass said she wasn't sure if this was done with the sleeve.

Well finally I have been given my surgery date. November 9th, 2016 is the big day!  Today is my first day of the liquid diet and i need words of ENCOURAGEMENT from everyone!  

I need input on the Unjury Protein.  What is everyone's take on this?  In two weeks i will start the pre- op liquid diet so I need help .
