Hi Sharon: I am only 6 months out I have shown a 5 to 10 lbs gain once in a while. it is normal for you to have water weight fluctuations periododically. I would not worry about it unless it becomes longer than 1 month. Monthly's seem to do this to me.I am 360 now from 516lbs. I would just keep doing the right things for you and it should be ok.Weight is not the only thing you should look at but inches too just measure yourself once a month and weigh only once a month. It is hard to stay sane if you only watch you weight fluctuate.I am 50+" lost so far in just 6 months.I have lost 10 cloathing sizes in just 1year now.Keep trucking and so will I. Sharon, Aloha Girl, I am so glad to see that you are now out of the hospital and doing so much better. I did call you but you were having your vitals taken at the time. I talked to either your mom or sister! Girl, keep me posted on how you are doing!! Hugs DEE - AZ

Hi everyone! Well I'm sorry it took so long for me to post, I had the surgery tuesday but didn't get out until friday!!! They were a little worried about my o2 level. But I'm fine now,my insision is 10" long. I had to take myself off the pain meds.The Lora-Tab made me halucinate and do strange things.I am very sore and feel as if my parts are not centered!But I'll be ok I'm hungrey and want to eat more then what I should but everything will come out fine. ALOHA ALL, Sharon had her surgery today!! Let's wish her the best of luck!! I am gonna try to see her on Wednesday and want to be able to give her card all filled and sign by all you lovely people! ALOHA

sharon, may angels guide the hands and hearts of everyone in charge of your care during your wls! be sure to write your specific weight goal down and the date you intend to reach it !! stay focused and never give up!!! plese update your profile often so we can cheer you on! hugs
