Hi, Yes I agree with you, Im still waiting on insurance approval, once that kicks in, im sure the worries I have in the back of my will come to the fore front!!  But I'm ready for this much needed change.

NotBaby_fat  I have been feeling the same way you have obsessing  over thinking that I will die, and feeling so damn scared all day non stop I even had dreams about it. It was driving me crazy. So I decided to pray and ask GOD to give me peace of mind and yesterday for the 1st time I felt great about it. I am prepared I know its going to hurt and be uncomfortable but it will get easy and I can we will get through this. Wishing you peace of mind

Just wanted to contact you as we are scheduled on the same date for surgery! I will be having the vsg in Mexico with Dr. Guillermo Alvarez! I wish you all the luck in the world. As of yesterday we only have a month to wait. Praying it will fly by and the 10 day of liquids will be a breeze! Will you be having a liquid diet if so how long?

My pre-op diet is two weeks of two protein shakes a day, and all the salad with lowfat dressing and lean met I want.  Not too bad.

Hi, nice to meet you. I'm having my surgery on Feb. 3 too. Are you as nervous as I am? This may sound like a silly question but do you know if I have to take out my extensions? I can't find that answer and I've been too busy to call my doctor.

Nice to meet you too. Yay same day.. 3 is my lucky # . I am nervous but once I started to make my list of what to take to the hospital and what I would need after surgery. I started to be more relaxed about the whole thing. You don't need to take your extensions out just no jewelry no make up and no piercings. 

I do not know this for sure, but I really doubt you would need to take them out - I think you'd just have one of those caps on to keep your hair all together, and then when the surgery is over, that comes off.....extensions still in place.  Wouldn't that be great! 

Omg... How exciting!!!! I will be sleeved on Feb 11. I haven't decided whether I am nervous...excited ....or numb.

I finally got my vitamins and shakes from bariatric advantage, I am trying to loose weight and get in my last minute cravings all at once lol. It just all seems so surreal....

I have so many emotions lol I want time to hurry up and slow down lol.

Anyway I will definately be thinking of u. I am so excited to get to witness the beginning of the new u.
