Hi December WLSers!

WHAT IS ON YOUR MENU WITH THE LIQUID DIET? WHAT THINGS DID YOU BUY? DO YOU GET PROTIEN SHAKES TOO?

I am scheduled for RNY on the same day!!  Crosses fingers toes and every appendage that we do well and have a healthy strong recovery!  Keep me in the loop!

Oh and I have lost 10 pounds this week from that preop low carb diet

Hi Berry.....

VSG on Dec. 8th.  2 week pre-op starts Monday.  Thanksgiving is going to be a killer but I want this too bad not to follow the plan.  Good Luck with your surgery.  2015 will be our year!  Kim
