HEYY everyone

We got that wicked storm this morning too. But it's niiice and sunny here now and I'm going to hang my laundry on the line today!

I'm OFF wor****il NEXT Saturday! I really NEED this break! I will be going to Alabama on Sunday til next Friday. :D I'm excited to get away!

I'm not completely sure what I will be eating today. I have too many choices when I'm home.
I made "high protein" pudding, yummy! So, I will eat it thru the day today.

B- toast w/PB some banana
S- other part of banana
L- tomato soup and some cheese and crackers
S- pudding
D- maybe some lasagna and cheese bread
S- more pudding

All liquids and vitamins in (ETA: I got my lab results yesterday and I was told to cut back on my B12; she is VERY happy with my results! Which in turn, makes ME happy too! YAY!!! )

S- fruit to go
L- 2 mini muffin chicken meatloafs and some sweet tater fries
S- not sure yet
D- 2 mini muffin chicken meatloafs and a hard boiled egg
S- not sure again but something proteiny

I am going to nap today cause my body is toast after the road trip! and also get out and take my mom's dog for a walk and teach him how to properly walk on a leash.

Posting for the first time on this thread... I stopped tracking because I was eating the same thing every day for a while, then got bored & went grocery shopping, so I need to get back on track with actually writing things down!

B - Eggs Monica - 1 egg + 1 egg white, 1 tsp SF ketchup
S - Premier shake w 1 shot decaf espresso & 6 ice cubes
Late lunch - 2 eggface bites, cooked carrots
S - probably none - eating late lunch, not hungry after protein shake
D - 3 oz baked lemon pepper chicken, garden salad if room
S - decaf espresso with milk

Today is my day off of school and no school work to do, so I am lounging, then laundrying & cleaning, then once it dries up, I am going for a walk outside!

Edited to add: any tips/thoughts on my menu are appreciated. According to myfitnesspal, I have 77 g of protein, 642 cal. The machine (as I call it) says I should up my caloric level but I'm just not sure I can eat any more...

B-Egg Scramble-1 egg / 1/2 turkey bite/ teaspoon mixed veggies/ 1 melba toast
S - Yogourt / 1/2 pear
L- Flakes of Turkey / 4 melba toast/ 1/2 premier shake
S - 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese / 1/4 fruit ****ail in water
D - 2 oz grilled chicken / 1/3 cup broccoli / 1/4 mashed Potatoes
S- Other half of Premier Shake / 3 prunes

Am working an overnight 12 hour shift so brought a protein bar and a few cheesestrings just in case.  

Gonna try adding the egg white instead of meat tommorrow for breaky thanks Monica.

And gonna make some chicken meatloafs this weekend. Thank you Kissing toads for that one.  I froze mini chicken shepherds pies this week.
